If I could give 10 I would! AIUA was going to cancel my wind insurance if I did not replace my roof! I am blessed and fortunate, as my friend, recommended Steve Lampkin, Alliance Roofing LLC, to install a certified fortified roof on my home. This team also updated the garage to the fortified standards, even though it is not required. Steve is highly professional and worked with me to make sure that I understood every aspect of the process - cost, ensuring that I understood what it meant to have a fortified certified roof in the Gulf and how that roofing made the difference during hurricane season, his communication skills are impeccable. His team, including a manager, Cello, arrived on time and on schedule. The product and all of the things that they needed for the job were delivered prior to their starting, as Steve had related, he had provided a checklist for me to review prior to starting the work; things like, pictures off the wall, not parking in the driveway during the change and what I should expect during the construction process. This was wonderful. Steve and Cello have communicated with me every day before starting work and at the end of the day to let me know what would be happening next. Each day his team of skilled roofers arrived on time at 7:00 a.m. And worked until 7:00 p.m., at the end of the day, they cleaned up to ensure that the job site was safe and not left a mess. I would say that this was one of the best ran construction sites I've been on in a long time and I appreciated the daily updates, clean up and explanations of what was happening on the roof. If anyone needs a roofer they need to call Steve Lampkin at Alliance Roofing! They are wonderful and the end product is beautiful. Yes, I have a beautiful certified fortified roof on my home now! Thank you to Steve, Cello and the team. Y'all are the best!! More photos to come after the job is complete!

Expert Barn Remediation in Upstate New York
Barn remediation in Perth covers more than surface repairs. At Alliance Roofing & Construction LLC, we assess the full structure before any work begins. That means checking framing, load-bearing posts, roof systems, siding, and the foundation. Perth's dry summers and wet winters put real stress on older barn structures. Moisture intrusion, wood rot, and shifting foundations are common problems we find during inspections. We repair or replace damaged framing members, stabilize foundations, address roof failures, and restore exterior siding. Every scope of work is based on what the structure actually needs, not a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether your barn is used for livestock, equipment storage, or a working farm operation, keeping it structurally sound protects your investment and keeps the space safe to use. If your barn is showing signs of lean, sagging rooflines, rotted posts, or water damage, contact Alliance Roofing & Construction LLC to schedule an on-site assessment in Perth.

Barn Remediation FAQ
Common questions about barn remediation in Upstate New York.
Signs like leaning walls, a sagging roofline, rotted sill plates, or shifting posts point to remediation work, not routine maintenance. A structural assessment by a general contractor in Perth will confirm what the building actually needs.
Yes, we assess and repair both the roof system and the underlying framing as part of barn remediation in Perth. Replacing roofing material without addressing compromised framing leads to repeat failures.
Many barns with rot can be remediated if the main frame and foundation still hold structural integrity. Our Perth team inspects the extent of decay before recommending repair or replacement of specific members.
Moisture is the primary cause, especially when rooflines fail and water reaches timber framing and foundation sills. Perth's seasonal rainfall combined with deferred maintenance accelerates rot, pest damage, and foundation movement.
That depends on the scope and which sections of the barn need active structural work. Our Perth team will walk you through what areas need to be cleared or restricted before work begins.
Yes, we conduct an on-site assessment to evaluate framing, roofing, siding, and foundation conditions before any remediation work is scoped. This gives Perth property owners a clear picture of what the structure needs.
